How to delete a device/remove enrollment

If you are needing to delete a device from Moki these steps below will give you demonstration for the preferred method on deleting your device from Moki

If it has action communication

When deleting a device from Moki you will want to follow these steps:

  • Click Device hit trash can and delete device

Next you will want to go to your device and Open device settings

  • Go to “Backup & reset”
  • Click on “Factory data reset”
  • Click on “Reset tablet”
  • Click on “Erase everything”

Next Go to Moki Control and click the Device tab

  • Find the device from that list and select it

  • You will then delete the device by selecting the Trash can Icon

Next you will confirm you want to remove your Unenrolled device from Moki

LOST COMMUNICATION WITH MOKI

If your device has lost communication with Moki you can remove the device using the Enrollment option

  • Select the “Enroll tab”
  • Select the “Device” you would like to remove
  • Select the “Trash Can”
