Set Up BSN Network for Moki Account (Internal Use Only)

Create New BSN Cloud Network for Use with a Moki Account

  • Go to the Support Login
  • Search and Select the desired existing Moki Account for which you need to create a BSN Cloud Network
  • Click Create BrightSign Network under the Details at right
  • Enter the desired Network Name (the name cannot have any spaces or special characters)
  • Save

Follow the above process for customers who do NOT already have a BSN Cloud network with devices enrolled. If a customer already has a BSN Cloud network with devices enrolled that they would like to bring over to Moki, please read below

Link a Customer’s Existing BSN Cloud Network to a Moki Account

For customers who already have an existing BSN Cloud Network setup with device enrolled there, follow the below instructions to sync those devices into Moki.

  • Go to the Support Login
  • Search and Select the desired existing Moki Account for which you need to create a BSN Cloud Network
  • Click Create BrightSign Network under the Details at right
  • Enter the customer’s existing BSN Cloud Network name (be sure it is exactly the same spelling and case as in BSN Cloud)
  • Check the Existing Account checkbox
  • Save
  • After saving, if they have current devices to sync into Moki, click Import Existing Devices

Importing existing devices can only be done once. All future device enrollments need to be completed through Moki
