Customer Success Manager - EMEA

The EMEA Customer Success Manager is the primary post-sales customer contact, leading and ensuring successful customer implementations on behalf of Moki, and taking full ownership of the account post-implementation. Serves customers by providing product and service information through Moki support channels including support tickets, public forum, customer live chat, and phone. Helps customers resolve issues with Moki products and services. Will also drive Moki product pre-release acceptance testing. Must possess strong working understanding of mobile devices and technology. Understanding of MDM products is very helpful.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships of trust with assigned clients (technology owners, stakeholders and executive sponsors)
  • Interface and collaborate with other Moki teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support and executive leads) to complete client goals (use case and account activities) and, in general, to be the voice of the customer to provide visibility and/or escalations
  • Communicate major updates and releases, ensuring client enacts changes based on need and interest
  • Analyze and monitor adoption and product utilization – alerting clients on any risk or general awareness based on these trending metrics
  • Proactively manage customer relationships with regular check-ins
  • Key role in customer renewal – alert of any risks and ensure a successful renewal on an account you own
  • Work with the Product team on major and/or trending feature requests
  • Partner with the Sales or Services teams on any revenue opportunities
  • Provide support assistance primarily to customers
  • Deep understanding of Moki products and services and explain their basic function to customers
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Answer customer support tickets, calls, and chats in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information as needed
  • Help Moki improve documentation and support materials by flagging issues raised by customers and providing feedback to Customer Success Managers
  • Perform initial user acceptance testing of pre-release Moki products and guide your customers through the process
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestic and international
  • Reports to the Director of Customer Success

Must be primarily oriented for customer success and have a strong understanding of mobile devices as. Must demonstrate advanced applied product knowledge and ability to work closely with Moki customers and Moki internal stakeholders. Able to listen to customers and understand issues and apply problem solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years account management or customer facing experience
  • MDM experience preferred
  • Capacity to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion
  • Multitask and prioritize tasks in a changing environment
  • Strong team mentality, utilizing internal and external resources strategically and judiciously
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and seek solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of collaboration tools such as Google Apps and messaging tools

Sales Engineer

Moki is currently seeking a Sales Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. You will work in a high performance team environment to drive business development and sales growth by providing technical expertise and product evaluation support to prospective customers and the Moki sales team. You will have the opportunity to learn different industries, work with C-level executives to identify current and future customer requirements, and collaborate with a team to determine the best way to solve these problems. Moki is located in a prime business complex at Thanksgiving Point equally convenient for Utah and Salt Lake County residence. Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a product expert to the sales team and technical lead on major sales opportunities
  • Instrumental in full sales cycle including discovery, opportunity evaluation, pilot support, and opportunity closure
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Moki offerings
  • Work with prospects to devise solutions to complex customer requirements
  • Application development (use of application) to increase sales and drive future product capabilities and product vision
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of competitive solutions
  • Coordinates solutions design with Sales team, Consulting team, and Technical Sales to ensure accuracy and feasibility
  • Support Sales Teams with client meetings and presentations
  • Work closely with customer team on solutions development and proposals
  • Set up and prepare equipment for customer demonstrations
  • Conduct Proof-of-Concept evaluations to implement software to demonstrate the ability to meet client objectives
  • Actively participate and consult with virtual teams to further technical projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years Technical Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer experience
  • B.S. degree in an engineering or similar program from an accredited college / university required
  • Must be able to demonstrate technical knowledge and consultative sales skills
  • Experience with implementing software products or solutions to enterprise companies
  • Familiarity with major mobile device platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, etc) preferred
  • Understanding of web applications and their architecture and design
  • Experience with wireless network configuration and troubleshooting preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including  technical sales document creation
  • Efficient in troubleshooting application, device, and network communications
  • Ability to work well in a highly dynamic /team environment that focuses on providing above industry standard customer service
  • Ability to identify and complete tasks and assignments with limited direction
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel roughly 25-50% domestic and international
