Problem
I can’t find MokiTouch 2. I got the prompt to install it, but then it went away.
Solution
1. Login to iTunes to access the download. This requires your Apple ID.
2. Push the app from MDM once again.
3. Double check that the Apple ID credentials are correct.
4. Check and see if the app is on the second page of apps.
