Our team is growing at Moki, and we’re thrilled to introduce Devon, our new Director of Channel Sales. With a channel-first mindset and a passion for helping partners win in mobile device management (MDM), Devon is already accelerating our go-to-market momentum.
How long have you been with Moki?
I have been with Dura Software, the umbrella Moki is under, for over 5 years, but joined the Moki team earlier this year.
What’s your role at Moki?
I am focused on growing our business by building strong channel partnerships in the MDM space. Day-to-day, that means recruiting and enabling new partners, supporting their growth, and collaborating on joint marketing and sales strategies that expand Moki’s reach.
What past experience prepared you for this role?
I’ve spent 8+ years in tech sales, building partnerships, and helping customers succeed. Previously, I served as Director of Sales at Revegy, another Dura Software company, working with enterprise clients to improve sales processes and drive growth. That hands-on, collaborative approach now guides my work at Moki as we scale our partner programs across the MDM ecosystem.
How will you enhance Moki’s partner program?
I’m taking a proactive, enablement-led approach that puts our partners and the customers they serve in the forefront. I not only want to strengthen our existing partnerships, but look to build new ones as well. A few ways include:
- Tailored positioning: Align Moki’s capabilities to each partner’s business model and customer base.
- Enablement resources: Build playbooks, trainings, and demos to shorten ramps and increase win rates.
- Joint GTM: Launch co-branded campaigns and field programs that create pipelines and accelerate closes.
- Feedback loops: Capture partner input across technical, sales, and marketing to keep improving the experience.
How will you work with customers?
By acting as a trusted advisor. I listen closely to their goals, ensure a smooth experience from first conversation to long-term success, and bring the right Moki teams together, sales, support, and product, so customers get maximum value from our platform for secure, efficient device management. Their feedback directly shapes how we evolve and additionally the roadmap we build for the rest of this year and beyond.
What’s one thing you’re excited about at Moki?
Our agile, responsive support team. We truly listen to customers and co-create solutions that address their real-world challenges. That collaboration helps us adapt quickly, deliver standout service, and continuously improve the platform.
I also have loved working with the partners I have interacted with so far and am really excited to meet more Moki partners and get in the mix.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Volleyball, especially beach volleyball. Most weekends you’ll find me on the sand around San Diego, and I always wrap up a good match by hunting down some of the city’s best tacos.
