San Antonio, TX – Today, San Antonio-based Dura Holdings, Inc. announced the acquisition of Utah-based Moki Mobility, Inc.
Moki is the market-leader in administration software for the deployment of single-purpose mobile devices at any scale. Founded in 2011, Moki is trusted by hundreds of customers in over 55 countries. Innovative brands like Belly, Motorola, T-Mobile, PayPoint, RAB Lighting, Columbia Sportswear, Marriott, and the New York City Department of Health choose Moki. Moki is headquartered in Utah and was backed by Epic Ventures, Pelion Ventures, and Allegis Capital.

Dura is an entirely new type of software company that acquires and operates software companies for the long-term. As part of the acquisition, the headquarters for Moki will relocate from Utah to San Antonio. The company expects to keep a presence in Utah.
