This is a guide on how to pull the Android Device signing or platform key.
Lower than Android 8:
- On your device, download and install a file explorer application, such as ES File Explorer.
- Navigate to the following path /etc/security/mac_permissions.xml
- Save the file and provide it to your support representative.
Android 8+
1.On your device, download and install a file explorer application, such as ES File Explorer.
2. Navigate to the following path /etc/selinux/mac_permissions.xml, might be located in the /vendor/etc/selinux/mac_permissions.xml
3. Save the file and provide it to your support representative.
